Choose your way of shipping:

• Shipping DPD; We ship your order with DPD. When you are not home DPD will try to deliver it the neighbours or bring your parcel to the nearest DPD pickup parcelshop.
• Store Pickup; You can pick up your order in our store in Uitgeest during opening hours.
• Pickup at DPD Pickup Parcelshop; Your order will not be shipped to your home address. You can pick up your order yourself at the closest DPD Pickup Parcelshop. Or a DPD Pickup Parcelshop of your choice. This way your order will not be delivered at your neighbours house.

Payment options are Cash (in our store), Bank transfer, iDeal (Dutch bank account), creditcard (2% extra costs), Bancontact, Mistercash, Sofort Banking and Giropay. Our bankaccount is NL91 INGB0004244945 Scrapbookdepot Uitgeest. Our bic number is INGBNL2A

Online payment failed?; Please wait for the email from Multisafepay with the payment link for a new attempt or transfer it to us yourself. Do not place your order again! If you clicked on "Confirm order", your order has been placed and all items are automatically debited from our stock.

Delivery time
If you order before 15:30 (and we received your payment) on Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday your order will be shipped the same day. The estimated average delivery time with DPD varies with each country. We cannot guarantee a specific delivery date or time. We will email you when your order has been shipped and DPD will email you a tracking number.

Returns
Within 21 days of receipt of your order, you may return merchandise if it’s in original state and undamaged, including the original packaging and accessories. Note that shipping and delivery charges are not refundable. The money will be returned as soon as possible upon receipt of the merchandise. Exceptions are books and magazines. If your product has a manufacturing defect, please contact us immediately.
